I am Amelia Stevenson, the founder of Rukn. I am a revert Muslim and a single mother of three daughters, based in the United Kingdom.
I built Rukn because I felt the gap personally. As a mother raising children in the faith, I wanted something that could sit in our home and carry these stories with beauty and intention. I could not find it, so I created it.
I have invested over £15,000 of my own savings to bring Rukn from an idea to a working prototype. I did not wait for permission, a partner, or external funding. I believed in this before I asked anyone else to.
